Become An Agent

We welcome applications from experienced and reputable education agents who share our commitment to providing accurate information, ethical recruitment practices and quality support to international students.

As a CRICOS registered provider, we work with education agents in accordance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) framework and Standard 4 – Education Agents of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.

Our appointed education agents are expected to :

  • Act honestly, ethically and in good faith
  • Act in the best interests of prospective and current students
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our courses and services
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality and transparency
  • Declare any actual, potential or perceived conflicts of interest and appropriately manage those conflicts
  • Comply with their Education Agent Agreement and applicable Australian regulatory requirements.

Guidance and Advice

All applications are subject to our agent approval and due diligence process. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a formal Education Agent Agreement before representing our organisation.

Authorsied Agent List

DIT works with approved education agents who are formally authorised to represent the College and assist prospective international students by providing accurate and up-to-date information about our courses and services.

In accordance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000 and Standard 4 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018, DIT maintains written agreements with its authorised education agents and monitors their activities and performance. Education agents are expected to act honestly, ethically, in good faith and in the best interests of students.

Approved education agents may receive commissions from DIT in accordance with their written Education Agent Agreement and applicable Australian legislation. No commission will be paid where payment is prohibited by the ESOS framework or other applicable legislation.
